Is this safe? Can ARCHIE break anything?+
No. ARCHIE is strictly read-only — he looks at your account to grade it, but never writes, edits, merges, or deletes anything. There is nothing he can change or break.
Do you see my customers' personal information?+
Your report is built for your eyes from your own data. When ARCHIE uses AI to write the plain-English summary, only big-picture numbers are shared with it — never your contacts' names, emails, or phone numbers. Those stay in your private report only.
How do I connect my account?+
You paste two short codes from Ontraport (an “API Key” and an “App ID”) into ARCHIE once. No software to install, and you never share your Ontraport password or log-in. The full walkthrough is on the How it works page.
How long does it take?+
For most accounts, minutes. ARCHIE runs in the background, so you can close the tab and come back — your report will be waiting.
What's the difference between the two plans?+
The $89 single audit is one complete check. The $159/year membership runs that same check automatically four times a year, so you can watch your grade improve and catch new issues early. The membership is the better deal if you send regularly or are actively growing your list.
What if my list is really big?+
No problem. For very large accounts ARCHIE measures a careful, representative slice instead of every single record — and clearly labels those numbers as estimates so you always know what's exact and what's approximate.
Will ARCHIE fix the problems for me?+
ARCHIE finds the problems and hands you a clear, ranked plan to fix them yourself in Ontraport. If you'd rather have it all done for you, Avery Automations can implement every fix — just reply once you have your report.
